Warranty
Ecosol Solar Technologies warrants that the product shall be free from defects in workmanship for a period of (1) one year from date of purchase. Ecosol Solar Technologies, Inc. will without charge and at its sole election, repair, replace or credit the customer for any products which are proven to be defective as a result of a failure in Ecosol’s workmanship. Reset
| In case of system failure you can reset the Powerstick. Press down on the Power button for 5 seconds for a system reset. |
SourceYour source of power is any USB port on any computer, car dashboard, aeroplane seat, etc. | COMPUTER ASLEEP Some computers cannot charge devices in sleep mode. Make sure your computer is on and not set to sleep mode when charging the Powerstick. FAULTY PORT Make sure your cable is properly connected and nothing is blocking your port. Try charging the Powerstick in another USB port. |
